There are four options.

- Hotel RIU Negril: (5 Days, 4 Nights)
- Hotel RIU Palace Tropical Bay: (4 Days, 3 Nights)
- Hotel RIU Palace Tropical Bay: (5 Days, 4 Nights)

WHEN ARE DEPOSITS DUE?
Non-refundable deposits are due November 24, 2023.
WHERE ARE WE STAYING?
There are two resort options for this trip:
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN NXLEVEL TRAVEL EVENTS?
Only individuals who make hotel arrangements through Nxlevel Travel will be eligible to participate in Nxlevel Travel hosted events during this trip.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deposits and installments are non-transferrable. We encourage reviewing all details here on the website prior to making payments. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
CAN I HAVE MY OWN ROOM?
Travelers can book their room for an additional $250/person that will be added to the base price of your package selection. See pricing options.
WHO BOOKS THE FLIGHTS?
All travelers are required to book their own flights to and from (MBJ) Sangster International Airport. NxlevelTravel will not book flights for this vacation.
WHAT AIRPORTS DO WE FLY OUT OF / INTO?
What are the best websites to search for flights?
google.com/flights, kayak.com, and cheapoair.com are all excellent choices to book your flight.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
YES. You will need a passport to travel to Jamaica. If you do not have a passport, we encourage you to apply for one TODAY!
HOTEL SUBSTITUTIONS BY NXLEVEL TRAVEL
Depending on the number of travelers that register for the trip, Nxlevel Travel reserves the right to move to a different resort as long as it is in the same rating class or higher)

Our full COVID-19 Policy is listed here. Each traveler agrees to the terms of this agreement upon paying deposits or full balances.
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Nxlevel Travel does not offer travel insurance. However it is strongly recommended. While not everything is covered under travel Insurance, it is an extremely wise option for travelers. We recommend purchasing through a reputable company of your choice. Any personal issues that arise that require you to inquire about coverage should be directed to your travel insurance company, not Nxlevel Travel. All deposits and payments to Nxlevel Travel are final and non-refundable.
